How it works
How it works
Everything that happens between signing up and getting paid, step by step.
- 1
Create your account and add Steam
- Sign up with email or Discord. You never log in with Steam or share your Steam password.
- Paste your Steam profile link, then add a short code to your Steam display name for a minute so we know the account is yours.
- Set your Steam game details to public so we can track playtime automatically. Prefer to keep them private? You can still take part with extra screenshot proof.
- Add your PC specs. They appear next to your reviews so readers know how the game ran for you.
- 2
Receive an assignment
- Our matching engine offers you a game from an active campaign.
- Library campaigns pick games you already own but haven't reviewed here yet.
- Key campaigns give you a free Steam key for a game you don't own. The key is revealed when you accept.
- Every offer shows the base reward, required playtime, minimum review length and deadline before you accept.
- 3
Play the game
- When you accept, we record your current Steam playtime and achievements as a starting point.
- Your dashboard shows your progress towards the required playtime. Steam updates playtime when you close the game.
- Take in-game screenshots as you play. You'll need at least three.
- 4
Write and submit your review
- Use our structured editor: verdict and score, gameplay, visuals, audio, story and content, performance, pros and cons.
- Your draft saves automatically, and live checks show what's still missing.
- Submit when every requirement is ticked. We verify your playtime with Steam at that moment.
- 5
Approval and payment
- A member of our team reads every review, usually within 48 hours.
- Approved reviews earn the base reward, or a Pro (+25%) or Elite (+50%) bonus for standout work.
- If something needs fixing, you'll get notes and one chance to revise.
- Your reward is credited to your wallet, you earn XP, and your review is published on the game's page.
