Account data: username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and linked Steam and Discord IDs.
Steam data: your public profile, account age, level, game library, playtime and achievements.
Content: reviews, screenshots and the PC specs you provide.
Security data: IP addresses, device and browser information, and login history, used to protect accounts and prevent fraud.
Payout data (once withdrawals launch): the details needed to send your payments.
2. How we use it
To run the service: matching assignments, verifying playtime, reviewing submissions and crediting rewards.
To keep GamePayDay fair and secure, including fraud and duplicate-account detection.
To send you service emails such as verification, assignment updates and approvals.
3. What's public
Approved reviews and their screenshots, your username, avatar, level, badges and PC specs are shown publicly alongside your reviews. Your email, IP address and earnings are never public.
4. Sharing
We don't sell your personal data.
We use trusted providers to run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and security services, bound by confidentiality obligations. We query Steam and Discord only to verify your linked accounts.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to remember your theme. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
If you delete your account, we erase your personal data. We keep payment records where the law requires, your Steam ID to prevent repeat fraud, and approved reviews, which stay published without your name.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account settings or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also object to or restrict certain processing and complain to your data protection authority.
8. Age
GamePayDay is only for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We'll post any changes here and notify you of significant ones.
