Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your country.

You may hold only one GamePayDay account, linked to one Steam account that you own and that is in good standing.

We may refuse or close accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect duplicate accounts or fraud.

We offer assignments to review specific games. Each assignment states its base reward, required playtime, minimum review length, screenshot requirements and deadline.

You may accept or skip an offer. Accepted assignments that are not submitted before the deadline expire without reward.

Steam keys provided for key campaigns are for your personal use only and may not be sold, traded or given away. Letting a revealed key's assignment expire results in a strike.

You authorise us to read your Steam profile, library, playtime and achievements through the Steam Web API for verification.

Screenshots you submit must be genuine, unedited, in-game images captured by you during the assignment period.

Any attempt to falsify playtime or proof (idlers, shared accounts, edited images or similar) is fraud.

Reviews must be your own original work and follow our Review Guidelines. AI-generated, copied or spun content is not permitted.

You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, display, adapt and distribute your submitted reviews and screenshots, credited to your username.

Because you are compensated, you agree not to publish your GamePayDay review on Steam or any other platform. Published reviews are labelled as compensated.

Your reward never depends on the opinion you express. We never ask for positive reviews.

Rewards are credited to your GamePayDay wallet only after a review is approved by our team. We may award a quality bonus at our discretion.

Wallet balances are not bank deposits, earn no interest and have no cash value until withdrawn under the payout terms in force at the time.

We may withhold, reverse or forfeit rewards obtained through fraud or in breach of these terms.

You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may ask for identity or tax information before paying out.

Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using bots, scripts or idling tools.

Submitting plagiarised, AI-generated or misleading content.

Harassing other users or our staff, or attempting to interfere with the service.

Breaches of these terms or the Review Guidelines may earn strikes. Accumulated strikes can lead to suspension.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, forfeiting unpaid rewards. You may close your account at any time.

GamePayDay is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or the publishers of the games we assign. Your use of Steam is governed by Valve's own terms.

Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that assignments will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of approved, unpaid rewards in your wallet.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
